Happy Easter!

Finally the long cold winter is over and it's time to get serious again on the BBQ front. What would be better for Easter than some BBQ Ribs and Beans!?

Let's Rub'em good. This time I didn't bother with the mustard, but added some mustard powder in the rub instead.

In to the Weber with some charcoal and apple tree.

Temps are spot on.

Made some BBQ beans as well. As it's Easter, let's decorate them with a few pineapple rings.

Beans are bubbling nicely and nearly ready. Fried some bacon, onions, bell peppers and my home grown Jalapenos for the beans. Seasoned them with plenty of crazy hot chili powder, honey, mustard, BBQ sauce, black pepper and paprika powder.

Glaze'em ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce + honey mixture.

I'll eat this one now, Thank You.

Little taster of one of the thinner ribs and some beans on the side while waiting for the big ones to get ready.
